Reports of Settlement of Real Estate-Guardianship Reports and Other Matters
The following matters have been filed for probate in the office of the clerk of the circuit court.

  In the estate of Ira A. Hurst, deceased, of which Bessie D. Hurst is administratrix, the court directs said administratrix to make
settlement there of as an insolvent estate.
  In the guardianship of Elizabeth Reminger by the Peru Trust company guardian, said guardian is authorized and directed to
invest of said funds the sum of $650 in non-taxable four percent bonds.
  Final reports have boon opposed in the following estates: Of Philip Kindig, deceased, Louis E. Kindig, administrator; of Louis
Bond, deceased, Walter S. Bond, executor; and of Mary J. Stogsdall, deceased,
Mawhinney Shaw, administrator.
  Final report has been approved in the guardianship of Solomon Shrock, deceased, with Levi Schrock, guardian.
  Letters of administration have been granted Guy R. York in the estate of John Johnson, deceased.
  Frank K. McElheny, surviving partner of the firm of Zimmerman & McElheny, editors and publishers of the Miami County
Sentinel, has accepted Louis B. Fulwiler as one of the appraisers to take an inventory of the assets belonging to said partnership and the
clerk of the court appointed Charles J. S. Kumler to act in consort with said appraisers.
  Current report in the guardianship of Rosetta J. Letenberger, by Edwin M. Trook, guardian, has been filed and approved.
  Final report in the guardianship of Alta Hight, Virgil Hight, William Hight, Adolphus Hight, John Hight, Alice Hight, Lloyd
Hight and Pauline Hight, has been filed by the Wabash Valley Trust company, guardian and approved by the court.
  Minnie Messmore has been granted letters testamentary upon the estate of William Apt, deceased, according to the terms of the
last will and testament.
  Final report in the estate of Daniel Griswold, deceased, by Charles E. Simons, administrator has been filed.
  Letters of administration have been granted George W. Jenkins in the estate of Otto C. Landrum, deceased, and to the Wabash
Valley Trust company in the William H. Zimmerman estate.
  Letters of Guardianship have been granted the Wabash Valley Trust company on the persons of and estates of Esther Zimmerman,
Azro Paul Zimmerman, and John Russell Zimmerman.
  The case of Annie Aaron versus Frederick Wilk’s estate, of which Joseph C. Herron is administrator, has been dismissed at the
costs of the estate and the case of William Aaron versus the same estate at the costs of the estate.
  Letters of administration have been granted Charles T. Byrnes in the estate of Richard G. Byrnes, deceased.
  Letters of testimentary in the estate of Henry Neeedham, deceased, have been granted Mary E. Johnson and Margaret Needham,
sisters of the decedent.
  George W. Jenkins, administrator of the estate of Otto C. Landrum, deceased, has been authorized to proceed with the admin-
istration of said estate. The amount shown by the inventory was $448.25.
  Final report has been filed in the estate of Frederick Wilks, deceased, by Joseph Herron, administrator.
  Final report in the estate of Milda C. Keaver, deceased, by the Wabash Valley Trust company, administrator, has been filed and
approved.
  In the guardianship of Byron C. Sullivan by the Peru Trust company, guardian, the real estate of said ward was ordered to be sold.
  Joseph Richer, appraiser of the estate of Christian Deisch, deceased, has filed his report and proceedings in the matter of the
said estate.
